Moving Families Into One of Yuba County's Newest Communities

Plumas Lake is still growing, and we’ve been part of that growth for a while now, helping new families move into this master-planned community near the Feather and Bear Rivers. Because so much of Plumas Lake was built in the last two decades, we see a lot of moves into brand-new construction, which comes with its own set of considerations, from HOA move-in windows to navigating streets that might not yet show up on every GPS.

As a family-owned company, we handle these details personally instead of leaving them to a call center. Our packing and unpacking services are built around Plumas Lake’s newer subdivisions, and for moves heading north, our Yuba City relocation team is just a short drive up Highway 70.

Navigating Plumas Lake's Growing Neighborhoods

Plumas Lake sits along State Route 70 between Marysville and the Sacramento area, and we’ve watched new phases of the community open up over the years. We know our way around the Plumas Lake Golf Club area and the newer sections near the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and we regularly connect moves here with our Olivehurst movers just to the north or our movers who serve Wheatland heading south.
